How can you temporarily dye your hair without it being cemented?

Every time ive used temp. dye, my hair always gets like solidified into place and i can’t move it. I wanted to know if yu culd dye hair temporarily and get it to move like normal hair. If so, what brand, or how do you do it?

try garnier hair color, or try henna, henna is nice and temporary, but you may get cold if you use in cold weather, use it in mid day for 1/2 hr. and wash it with water.
