I heard showeing everyday is bad for your hair?
Yeah thats what i heard. Cause i usually shower everyday, My skin gets easily dry also >.<.. and my hair its worse.. yeah, Cause of the oil thingy. But can i just wash without anything shampoo.. or anything. or does that make the oil go away also?, cause when i wake up in the morning my hair gets all !aclsaflaiubflie, My dad is from chile. so i got big curly hair. x)..and i always use something on my hair everyday to style it. is that bad also? D:, cause i like looking good before school x). (i'm a boy)
Showering everyday is FINE for your hair. It’s washing it everyday that isn’t, IF you have naturally dry hair. When you shampoo your hair and you have naturally dry hair, You are literally stripping your hair of it’s natural oils. If you have naturally oily hair, Then you have to wash your hair everyday.
You should always condition your hair, and you should always wet your hair. Its shampoo that does the “damage”.
